  • We provide you with a toll free number to forward your phones to.

  • We answer the phones with a greeting of your choice.

  • You will script out our message ticket.

  • You will provide dispatching instructions.

ALPHANUMERIC TEXT MESSAGE DELIVERY:

  • Detailed messages are sent directly to pagers, cellular phones and various wireless devices, showing the caller's name, phone number, and message. The device carrier can immediately respond or hold the call in the pager memory for later action.

  • Enables the wireless device carrier to be almost anywhere and immediately receive messages from the service.

  • Text Messages are numbered and time stamped in sequence and can be faxed or emailed as a backup.

  • Fully computerized faxing and emailing of all messages.

  • Faxes and email can be sent at pre-determined times, days of the week, or immediately after taking a call.

  • Receive hard copies of all of your messages via fax or email.

VOICE MAIL: view options

  • Voice mail through PESC is a powerful communications tool that will allow you to stay in touch anytime, anywhere, all at a cost significantly less than full answering service.
  • Calls taken by our receptionist are forwarded into your company voice mailbox.
  • Voice mail can also be an effective means of communicating with your clients, and even your own staff, all but eliminating annoying "telephone tag". There is nothing to buy or install and learning how to use it is a breeze. In most cases PESC will be able have your Voice Mail account set up the same day.
  • Not all voice mail systems or services are created equal. Our system is user friendly, versatile and reliable. It can be programmed as a simple voice mail box, or as a multi-branching account, allowing communication between users. It can activate your pager to alert you when new messages arrive, dial your cell phone, or it can be programmed to "0" out to an operator for assistance.
