Role Sync
This module is designed to make sure members of a regular or smart group in civicrm are also in a specific role on drupal. Allowing the membership management of civicrm to let a user access a certain page on that website, among other things.
There is currently a bug in the latest 1.9 release of CiviCRM that requires this module to incorporate a hack to properly search groups. This module can be released publicly after we are able to upgrade our civicrm installations to 2.0, which will occur after our host, TierraNet, is able to upgrade to MySQL 5. There is no time frame for when this will be done. A configuration page linking groups and roles should also be created before releasing this publicly.
