| Call Cascading
Are you the type of person who never stands still? If so, Call
Cascading is what you have been looking for. This option works
similarly to Express Delivery, however you can have PESC program
your message delivery to numerous destinations until you are
reached. For instance, you can have your voicemail reach you
for a message at the office. If you are not at the office, it
will try your cell phone. If you are not on your cell phone,
it will try you at home. This feature is programmed entirely
by PESC. You will need to provide PESC with a list of numbers,
in order, and it is automatically activated on your account.
You will never have to call into your voicemail box to activate
it AND will have your messages delivered to you in a timely
manner. If one of your numbers changes simply call PESC and
let us know and we will make the changes for you.

Change Temporary
Status Information
The temporary status information option informs your callers
of your location or availability. For example, if you are in
a meeting and would like your callers to know that you will
not be available until the meeting has ended, your callers will
be made aware of your availability simply by programming your
voicemail box with an option number that will be provided by
PESC. Once your availability has returned to it's normal status,
you can remove your temporary status. Call PESC to obtain a
list of temporary status' and to program the options that will
fit your schedule. This feature can be used with your standard
voice mail, but works most effectively with "Follow Me".

Contact Numbers
If you are on the go, work out of your home, or simply want
an easy way for your callers to contact you, using a PESC contact
number is perfect for you. With a contact number from PESC,
you have one number that you can give to all of your clients.
Use this in conjunction with Follow Me and you have a simulated
office. Your caller will never know that you are not in an office.
Your contact number can either be in the 559 area code, or an
800 number.

Express Delivery
When a voicemail message is left in your box, you can automatically
be notified that you have a message pending by having PESC program
your voicemail box to call you at a specified phone number.
Three attempts can be made at intervals that you set (i.e.,
2 minutes). If the message is not received by you in a total
amount of time (i.e., 10 minutes), it will call you one last
time. This will ensure that you receive your messages in a timely
manner, while saving you time, because you will no longer make
calls to retrieve voice messages when you do not have any. Just
contact PESC and let them know that you would like "Express
Delivery" and the phone number that you would like it to reach
you at, and PESC will do the rest!

Follow Me Feature
Follow Me allows live callers to "follow" you to specified
locations, if you would like the chance to speak with the caller
prior to your voicemail picking up. For instance, if you are
going to be out of town for the day, and you want to be able
to talk to your callers, you could forward your lines to your
voicemail box, activate Follow Me, and the calls would be transferred
to your cell phone, prior to your voicemail picking up. This
would enable you to work, business as usual, while not in the
office. You can choose up to 7 option status', simply by entering
a number once in your voicemail options. This is a simple way
for you to make it easy for your callers to contact you, while
only giving them one number.

Message Distribution
When using Message Distribution, you will be able to distribute
calls from one voicemail account to other voicemail boxes. This
would prove beneficial if messages need to be sent to all sales
representatives, technical support, administrators, etc.. Messages
can also copied into only one box, if needed. This will reduce
the amount of time that you will have to spend conversing with
your colleagues over a call that you have received, because
they have already heard it! It's simple to set up! Just call
your PESC representative and they will do it for you today!

Return Receipt
When you send a message to another voicemail box, wouldn't
it be great to get a confirmation that it has been listened
to? With Return Receipt, that is exactly what you will get!
When you send a message to one or more boxes, your box will
notify you when a message has been listened to. If the message
was sent to more than one box, your box will inform you of who
has listened and who hasn't. This is a great feature when you
are dealing with time sensitive messages. It is an easy feature
to operate. Call PESC for more information!

Transcription
If you would like the convenience of having your voicemail
messages typed and delivered to your alpha-numeric pager, cell
phone or FAX, this is a service that you should take advantage
of. Voice mail transcription sends voice mail messages directly
to our operators who play the message, transcribe it and then
send it to you. You will never have to wonder if your voice
messages need immediate attention! The voice messages are saved
on the system for three days before being purged, so you have
the chance to review them. (Each operator adheres to PESC's
very strict confidentiality policy and will keep confidential
all messages transcribed.) This is a great way to have a quick
reference to each call that has come in throughout the day without
having to call into your voicemail box and writing it down yourself.
