Doing Business with us

The Professional Exchange Service Corporation (PESC) makes it easy to do business with us.  Set-up fees are usually waived.  Our investment to bring new clients on is recouped on the back end when clients terminate services with PESC.  Since clients seldom leave, they don't have to pay for our initial learning curve.

We are covered by Errors and Omissions Insurance.  If we make mistakes, our clients will be protected.  Fortunately, we've never made a claim but it's reassuring to know the insurance coverage is there.  As part of good risk management, our insurance carrier requires us to enter into agreements with all of our clients.  Our standard agreements are posted here:

  • Exchange Agreement
  • Administrative Services Agreement
  • Association Management Agreement
  • Event Management Agreement

Privacy and Security Policies

We strive to keep our clients' information confidential in accordance with our Privacy and Security Policies.  When appropriate, we will enter into third-party agreements outlining our responsibility to protect Private Health Information in our possession.

Confidentiality and Conflicts of Interest

From their first day of work, our employees are trained to keep client information confidential.  Home addresses and phone numbers will not be made public.  We will not share lists of members, donors, sponsors, supporters, or other proprietary information unless specifically authorized to do so.  If conflicts of interest arise, we will advise all affected parties and then, work to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution.
