For our clients who need calls answered during normal business hours, we provide the 'front office' impression that your callers deserve. We have the ability to seamlessly patch calls through to your office. Should you decide to hold the call, we can take a name and number and FAX the message to you. Overflow Answering

When your incoming calls exceed the number of people available to answer them during business hours, your options are limited. You can either increase your staffing (including your office space, telephone capacity and fixed assets), make callers wait even longer to talk to someone, or you can explore outsourcing to the Exchange. The overflow of calls will be professionally answered at a fraction of the cost, while increasing customer satisfaction. Now the telephone calls you've been missing can be answered using our call overflow handling service. Your calls will automatically come to the Exchange when your lines are busy, not being answered promptly, or when your office is closed, we can answer. Low monthly charges and setup fees.

On Call Rotation

We will contact your on-call staff according to your instructions and escalate calls as needed. If on-call duties rotate among you staff, no problem! We will maintain your monthly On-Call and even contact you when it's time to update the schedule. This is a standard service that's FREE of charge with every answering plan at the Exchange.
